M&J Dispatcher Service is a family-owned and operated business, with over 20 years of experience in the auto transport industry. The main key to a successful relationship between the customer and any transport company is communication. In order to make the shipping process less stressful for our customers, we ask that you schedule your move as far in advance as possible, giving us enough time to arrange a carrier to pick up and deliver your vehicle on your designated time schedule. If you are not going to be available at pickup or delivery, we ask that you pre-arrange a neighbor, friend, or relative who has the authority to provide us the keys and sign the paperwork in your absence. We offer door-to-door transports, however, please understand that in most residential neighborhoods it is very difficult to navigate large truck and trailer combinations, especially with low hanging wires and trees that may cause damage to vehicles on the trailer. We may ask that you meet the driver at a nearby local shopping center or an open area at pickup and delivery. Personal effects may be left in your vehicle providing the weight is no more than 100 pounds.
